Which charger should I choose?
A2 and B6 are portable product families. L6 is a wall-mounted family. Confirm the vehicle connector, supply circuit, wall plug or wiring method, and intended use before ordering. Choose “Help me choose” in your inquiry if you are unsure.
Can I order samples before a bulk purchase?
Yes, request a sample quote for the configuration you need. Samples are expected to leave within 7–15 days after order, followed by approximately 30 days of transit. Sample price and shipping are confirmed in the quote.
Where can I check the specifications?
Each product page links to a Gocean supplier manual for reference. Final model, rating, connector, plug and applicable documentation are confirmed for your AOCHO order.
What are your wholesale prices and minimum quantities?
Request a quote with your preferred model and quantity. Pricing depends on the configuration, order volume, packaging and shipping terms. Minimum quantities are confirmed individually.
What warranty is offered?
A one-year warranty is offered. Coverage, start date, remedy and shipping responsibilities will be included in the written order terms.
