This page describes how AOCHO handles information submitted through aocho.autos. Your business contacts are judy or xiong.

Your inquiry

We collect the name, company, business email, country, product, quantity, connector or power-supply requirements and other details you enter. We use these details to review your request, prepare quotations and follow up on sample or wholesale discussions. Please do not include payment details or sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Inquiry records are stored on our website server in Hong Kong. Our business team in Guangzhou, China can access, update and export them through a password-protected administrative workspace. Database backups are kept on the server for recovery. Our hosting provider supplies the underlying server infrastructure.

Optional product updates

Choosing product updates is optional and is not required to submit an inquiry. If you select the checkbox, we record your choice, its wording and the time. Automated email delivery is currently disabled; the workspace creates internal email drafts only. You can ask us to withdraw your marketing choice at any time.

Cookies, logs and links

The administrative login uses an essential session cookie. We do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers. The web server records the requesting IP address, time, request method, page path, response status and response size for operation and troubleshooting. Our access logs omit URL query parameters. External supplier websites apply their own privacy policies.

Questions, corrections and deletion

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a marketing choice, contact judy or xiong using the website inquiry form. Mention your inquiry reference if you have one. We may need to confirm that the request relates to your information before making changes.
